ABOUT ME | I was born and raised in rural Minnesota and am committed to the community’s health and well-being. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, raising chickens, bird watching, boating, riding motorcycle, traveling, and spending time with my pets, grandchildren, family, and friends. I believe in using a holistic, collaborative methodology for overall health care (mind, body, spirit) and am looking forward to working with you to meet your goals.
EDUCATION
Graduate of M-State Community College completing the RN program and earning both an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degree in 2008. Completed a Bachelor’s in Nursing degree with a minor in Community Health from Minnesota State University-Moorhead. In 2016, I graduated from Walden University with a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Management degree. I graduated from Maryville University in 2018 with an Adult/Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a Post-Master Certification and completed a Post-Master Certification at Walden University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in February 2024.
EXPERIENCE
I have over 17 years of nursing experience serving patients in varying healthcare areas throughout Minnesota.

Mental health (depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar, etc.), primary care adult/geriatric care, holistic health management, Hepatitis C screening/diagnosis/treatment, and chronic pain management
