The Therapist PLC is a fully digital private practice. Forms are completed online and records are stored and maintained with HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Records (EHR) software.  This creates a more streamlined and more efficient process.

How does it work?

Once you schedule an appointment you will receive an e-mail that provides a secure password. Use this password and your e-mail to log in and complete required forms. Once completed and digitally signed, forms can be printed for your records. All forms are completed and signed in the comfort of your home, insuring your privacy and minimizing the impact on the environment. Forms can be accessed via tablet, phone, or computer .

What’s next?

Now that you have scheduled your appointment and have completed your intake, your therapist will review these at your next session, and answer any questions you may have. You will then be provided copies of the privacy policy and consent forms. You will proceed by discussing goals and developing a treatment plan to move forward with therapy.
